The emotional intensity in Anupama continues to soar in the 19th April 2025 episode. Prem explodes in anger, blaming the Kotharis for Khyati’s condition and swearing to hold them accountable if anything happens to her. Vasundhara, instead of showing concern, shifts the blame to Anupama, who had taken responsibility for Khyati's well-being.
Adding fuel to the fire, Aryan coldly states that Khyati deserves her fate, even going as far as to wish her dead. This shocks everyone and infuriates Prem. Rahi confronts Vasundhara for her lack of empathy, while Prem, softening despite past tensions, appeals to Parag for help—recognizing his lingering emotional connection with Khyati. Though Rahi also pleads with Parag, he remains unmoved.
Anil, disillusioned by Parag’s indifference, steps in to support Prem and Rahi. Aryan dismisses Khyati’s situation as “emotional drama,” only for Parag to warn him to stay out of it. Khyati, devastated and questioning her faith, decides to end her life, believing she has lost everything. Anupama’s desperate prayers lead her to the temple, but she finds no trace of Khyati.
Elsewhere, Pari grows concerned for Ishani and urges her to disclose the identity of a drug dealer. Ishani stays tight-lipped, prompting Pari to turn to Anupama. Raghav is seen struggling with inner conflict, while Mahi’s arrival at the Kothari mansion raises Vasundhara’s suspicion—though Aryan foolishly defends her.
The suspense heightens when a call from the hospital suggests a body needs identifying. Rahi, Anupama, and Parag rush over—only to breathe a sigh of relief when it isn’t Khyati. Still determined, Anupama continues the search and finally finds Khyati after a suicide attempt. She’s rushed to the hospital just in time. Though Khyati regains consciousness, she’s heartbroken that no one from her family showed up.
