Bhagya Lakshmi Written Episodes 13th April
In today’s episode of Bhagya Lakshmi, emotions run high as Karishma finds Rishi and Lakshmi in tears. Misinterpreting the situation, she assumes Rishi is worried about his baby and reassures him that everything is fine. She casually mentions that Malishka went to a bakery due to pregnancy cravings, joking the baby must be enjoying cake too. Meanwhile, Lakshmi remains visibly upset.
Rishi and Aayush bring Neelam and Karishma home while Lakshmi and Shallu finalize the DNA test. Later, Malishka returns with Kiran, only to lash out at Karishma for her apparent lack of concern. Shallu tries to calm her down but accidentally reveals more than intended—raising Malishka’s suspicion that a DNA test has been conducted to uncover her baby’s father.
As tensions escalate, Malishka grows paranoid and certain that Lakshmi is behind everything. Shallu’s truth slip ignites Malishka's inner detective, and her dramatic accusations nearly turn the house upside down. Kiran, ever the shadow, barely manages to ground her daughter’s suspicions.
Meanwhile, Balwinder spies on the family, lying his way into the hospital premises. Karishma assures Aayush that Rishi is only emotional about Neelam, but Aayush senses something deeper. Malishka, suspicious of the circumstances behind her hospital admission, believes someone deliberately orchestrated it.
Elsewhere, Anushka and Neil’s argument reveals her obsessive love for Aayush. She vows to sabotage Shallu and Aayush's Mehendi function, much to Neil’s concern. At home, Harleen confronts Karishma and Lakshmi for hiding Neelam’s hospitalization.
Malishka accuses Lakshmi and Shallu of sending attackers after her. When Kiran fails to support her, Malishka storms away in anger. Harleen remains disappointed while Malishka plans her next move and tasks Kiran with managing Balwinder.
Kiran confronts Balwinder with hush money, asking him to leave the city for a while. Balwinder, thrilled with the unexpected bonus, agrees to vanish temporarily. Meanwhile, Anushka continues plotting against the Oberois, determined to win Ayush by any means.
Back in the comfort of the Oberoi mansion, Ayush reassures Shallu of his love and asks her to never hide anything from him. Shalu, struggling with guilt, ponders revealing the truth about Malishka and Balwinder’s connection.
